Driving fashion closer to a sustainable future - one fibre, one garment at a time

Fashion businesses face mounting pressure to become more sustainable - and at breakneck speed. In September 2025, Drapers launched a campaign to hear directly from fashion brands and retailers about the biggest challenges they face on their sustainability journey – and the support they need from government to do business better.

This year’s programme reflects those findings, tackling fashion’s most pressing sustainability roadblocks. Themes include how to prepare for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for textiles and Digital Product Passports (DPPs), rethink sourcing, implement circular business models, and tackle sustainability in footwear and denim.
