Nany Kusuma
Senior director of circular business
Tommy Hilfiger Global and PVH Europe

Nany has close to 20 years of experience in embedding sustainability and circularity practices into fashion brands. Her work has ranged from improving the environmental performance in the fashion supply chain, applying sustainable practices in stores, to water-stewardship collective action in high-risk river basins with among others the WWF.

Since early 2020, she has been building circular business for Tommy Hilfiger across Europe, North America and APAC. In this capacity she identifies and scales propositions that bring concrete values not only to the business, but also to the brand. The objective is always to test, validate, and expand different business models that enable consumers to become part of the circular economy. This is for example through the trade-in program (consumer takeback) and creating value out of pre-owned Tommy pieces through resale, rework (upcycling), and recycling.

In her spare time, she likes to do boxing, yoga, vintage furniture hunting, and spending time with her little family out in nature, close to home.
