Rachel Macaghten is a senior leader in product development with over 15 years’ experience across global fashion houses including Timberland, Hugo Boss, Burberry, Celine and JW Anderson. She joined TOAST in 2018, drawn to the brand’s commitment to thoughtful design and responsible production.
As Production Director, Rachel leads the TOAST global supply chain strategy, stewarding long-standing supplier partnerships and ensuring each collection is created with integrity, care and minimal impact. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, and shared values around people and planet.
Guided by a belief that openness and accountability underpin all successful partnerships, Rachel is committed to strengthening responsible practices across the industry and helping TOAST lead with clarity, purpose and longevity.
