Emilie Mauffet is the Sustainability Director for Textiles at Decathlon. She has worked the last 15 years in a variety of roles at Decathlon concentrated on product design quality, with a specific focus on functionality and sustainability. Before joining Decathlon, she spent 8 years in the French lace industry, an experience that highlighted the importance of caring for the men and women behind every product as well as the challenges of transforming industrial models in the long-standing textile industry.
